One of Albany's fastest growing law firms will expand its reach into western New York. Tully Rinckey PLLC plans to hire more attorneys and expand its legal services by opening an office in Buffalo, adding to its roster of locations in Albany, Syracuse, Washington and Arlington, Va.
The Buffalo office will open Monday, with Of Counsel Paul M. Pochepan and Associate Lori A. Hoffman offering free initial consultations for bankruptcy, Social Security and criminal cases. Pochepan and Hoffman both previously worked at Buffalo law firms ? he in Social Security disability and bankruptcy law and she in criminal defense.
"Our attorneys are experienced and dedicated," said Managing Partner Greg Rinckey in a news release. "We pride ourselves on offering clients quality legal services at an affordable price. We see a bright future in Buffalo and are looking forward to growing our business in Western New York."
Tully Rinckey already offers services in civil litigation, family and matrimonial law, criminal defense, trusts and estates, and real estate law. The firm plans to build a regional presence in the Western New York legal market.
"We have had our eye on Buffalo for several years," said Rinckey.
